Memberships are not required for fitness classes. Classes all run on a six-week session unless otherwise designated. Each class will begin on its respective day of the following sessions. Try out any class for a $4 daily fee.

|Exercise while you're in your prime! Fit After Fifty is designed for active adults and works on stability, balance, and strength while also incorporating some low intensity cardiovascular exercises. This program gives quick bursts of high-intensity intervals to get you using every muscle group in a short amount of time.|

|Step light; step it up; step fast. Add fitness to your dream! Come join Darlene for a variety of workouts to burn calories, gain strength and tone the body: all ages welcome.||Take your lunch break downtown and head over to the Rec for a 30 minute lunch workout designed for maximum effectiveness in minimal time.|
|Muscle Madness||Power Up Bootcamp|
|Combining body weight exercises and weight makes this the total muscle workout. Exercises can be customized to fit every fitness level. Build muscle, increase tone and burn calories through a mostly anaerobic workout.||A challenging, yet fun combination of high-intensity intervals and strength training designed to burn calories, build muscle and create a metabolic after burn.|
|Come enjoy this training in our private studio where we will be focusing on buns, legs, things and abs. This class will help you sculpt, lift, firm, and tone your core and lower body with combinations that will leave you “aching” for more.|
