2023 Baseball/Fastpitch Spring Training
Garden City Parks and Recreation is offering a Spring Training Baseball and Fastpitch softball camps. We believe that the athletic field can serve as one of the best platforms for teaching and learning many of life's important lessons. This camp will be offered to boys and girls ages 8-14. Camps will be conducted by GCHS Baseball and Softball teams.

2023 Summer
Recreational Baseball
Our leagues provide plenty of fun, appropriate competition. Workouts are held to evaluate each participant to establish balanced teams. All teams play a 10-game season beginning in May for pitching leagues, and June for all other leagues; both leagues end in July. Volunteers serve as coaches and assistants for all teams. (Any parent interested in coaching will be allowed to coach their own child.) Participants receive performance, two-button jerseys and flex fitted hats. Age is determined as of May 1, 2023. Registration begins March 6. Registration deadline April 17.

2023 Boys' T-Ball
Start your child on the next step of baseball. These leagues are open to boys age five. This program emphasizes fundamental skills and prepares players for the next step in baseball. Children are assigned to teams by school or area. Teams will meet twice a week. Practices will be held on Tuesdays and games will be played on Thursdays. The program begins with team practices followed by a six-game season. Registration starts March 6. Age is determined as of May 1, 2023.
Note - boys and girls may be combined for one coed league if necessary.

2023 Mini Sluggers
Get your little ones started with the fundamentals of baseball/softball. This coed league is open to boys and girls age four. This program emphasizes fundamental skills. Children are assigned to teams by school or area. Teams will meet on Monday evenings for a 45-minute practice and Wednesday evenings for a three-inning game. Registration starts March 6. Age Determination: May 1, 2023.
