2023 Baseball/Fastpitch Spring Training
Garden City Parks and Recreation is offering a Spring Training Baseball and Fastpitch softball camps. We believe that the athletic field can serve as one of the best platforms for teaching and learning many of life's important lessons. This camp will be offered to boys and girls ages 8-14. Camps will be conducted by GCHS Baseball and Softball teams.

2023 Youth Recreational Softball
Our leagues provide plenty of fun and appropriate competition. Workouts are held to evaluate each participant to establish balanced teams. All teams play a 10-game season beginning in May for pitching leagues and June for all other leagues; both leagues end in July. Volunteers serve as coaches and assistants for all teams (parents interested in coaching will be allowed to coach their own child). No assistants are guaranteed. Girls softball leagues have been modified to represent fast-pitch. Registration starts March 6.

2023 Girls' T-Ball
Start your child on the next step of softball. These leagues are open to girls age five. This program emphasizes fundamental skills and helping youth with the next step in playing the game of softball. Children are assigned to teams by school or area. Teams will meet twice weekly. Practices will be held on Tuesdays and games will be played on Thursdays. The program begins with team practices followed by a six-game season. Registration starts March 6th.
Age determination: May 1, 2023

2023 Mini Sluggers
Get your little ones started with the fundamentals of baseball/softball. This coed league is open to boys and girls age four. This program emphasizes fundamental skills. Children are assigned to teams by school or area. Teams will meet on Monday evenings for a 45-minute practice and Wednesday evenings for a three-inning game. Registration starts March 6th. Age Determination: May 1, 2023.
