Working out can be intimidating. It’s normal to have goals and be unsure how to achieve them, and it’s completely normal to lack motivation at times. A personal trainer can help you overcome these obstacles and take you to new heights on your fitness journey. Individual, couple, and group sessions are available.

What types of foods we eat to fuel our body is the most important factor to reach our health and fitness goals. All meal plans will adapt to the client’s needs by providing delicious and easy-to-cook meals that the client enjoys. Whether it’s to lose weight and lean up or to bulk and pack on the muscle, we will create the right plan for you!
Dalton grew up in Holcomb, Kansas, and graduated from Holcomb High School in 2015. He went on to play basketball at Bethel College for one year and then transferred to Garden City Junior College for one year. Dalton continued his education at Fort Hays State University, where he graduated with his bachelor’s in Health and Human Performance. He is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and Les Mills Grit Group Fitness Instructor. Dalton specializes in building muscle and strength, weight loss, explosive power and agility, and mobility. Living an active and healthy lifestyle is a big passion for Dalton. He enjoys assisting others and helping people reach their fitness goals.
Juan grew up in Garden City and graduated from Garden City High School and Garden City Community College. While attending GCCC he studied business, and accounting principles and participated in musical theater and choir. After earning a degree in Business Administration from GCCC, he went on to attend Fort Hays State University to further his business studies.
Juan is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and works with clients with an emphasis on mobility, strength, toning, weight loss, and overall general well-being. His goal is to promote a healthy lifestyle for our community and western Kansas that comes from gradual change and dedication. Fitness is a journey and not a destination.
