Gymnastics Classes

Gymnastic Classes

Classes register monthly and are available for registration starting the 3rd week of the previous month. Gymnastics is a progressive sport and continuation through each month is encouraged.  

Some classes arequire instructor approval before registration and are marked * for your convenience.

The class drop-in fee is $15.


Tiny Tot (Ages 1 to 2)

Tiny Tot is a parent-child class, where the child and their parent explore different activities using various pieces of gymnastic equipment. The focus will be on developing balance, strength, and fine motor skills.

Fee: $25

  • Monday 5:35 pm - 6:05 pm
  • Wednesday 5:30 pm - 6:00 pm


Tot Tumbler (Age 3)

Tot Tumbler offers optional parent involvement. Children start learning age-appropriate skills using beams, bars, trampolines, and more. They also learn to wait their turn as coaches guide them through various obstacle courses or introduce skills such as forward rolls, basic walks on the beam, and bar swings.

Fee: $30

  • Thursday 5:00 pm - 5:35 pm


Kinder Gym (Ages 4 to 5)

Kinder Gym assists in the development of age-appropriate skills without parental assistance, allowing for more child independence. Gymnasts learn key fundamentals such as forward rolls, backward rolls, cartwheels, and more! Participants learn to take turns, follow directions, and social interaction skills.

Fee: $35

  • Tuesday 5:50 pm to 6:30 pm
  • Wednesday 5:00 pm - 5:40 pm
  • Thursday 5:40 pm - 6:20 pm


Beginner (Age 5 & up)

Beginner focuses on skills using the balance beam, bars, floor, vault, and trampoline. Gymnasts gain strength, flexibility, and balance. Coaches will focus on fundamental gymnastics skills such as forward rolls, cartwheels, and handstands.

Fee: $48

  • Wednesday 5:30 pm - 6:25 pm

JR Ninja (Age 4 to 7)

Jr Ninja teaches obstacle course techniques, emphasizing strength, climbing, balance, jumps, and fitness endurance..

Fee: $48

Class Dates & Times

  • Monday 6:05 pm - 6:50 pm
  • Thursday 5:15 pm - 6:00 pm


Ninja Warrior (Age 7 & up)

Ninja Warrior is similar to Jr. Ninja, focusing on obstacle course techniques, but is designed for older athletes looking for an advanced challenge. This is a higher intensity class emphasizing strength, body awareness, and conditioning through diverse obstacles and exercises. 

Fee: $48

  • Tuesday 6:15 pm - 7:10 pm


Tumbling I (Age 6 & up)

Tumbling I participants master floor skills including roundoffs, front and back walkovers, as they begin developing skills for round-off, back handsprings. Gymnasts continue  to build strength coordination and confidence. 

Fee: $30

  • Monday 6:15 pm - 7:10 pm
  • Tuesday 5:30 pm - 6:25 pm


Tumbling II (Age 8 & up)

Tumbling II is designed for gymnasts who have mastered Tumbling I and can perform handsprings independently, with a foundational understanding of saltos. Gymnasts refine technique, build advanced tumbling series, and incorporate saltos into connected tumbling passes.

Coach's approval is required for enrollment.

Fee: $48

Class Dates & Times:  

  • Monday 7:00 pm - 7:55 pm
  • Thursday 7:00 pm - 7:55 pm


Intermediate

Gymnasts learn all gymnastics apparatuses. Coaches focus on building a firm foundation for progression into the Advanced class. 

Coach's approval is required for enrollment.

Fee: $48

Class Dates & Times

  • Wednesday 5:30 pm - 6:25 pm
  • Thursday 6:15 pm to 7:10 pm


Advanced

Advanced continues to refine gymnasts skills on all gymnastics apparatus. Gymnasts learn to kip, mount, fly away on bars, in addition to specific beam work and vault work.

Coach's approval is required for enrollment.

Fee: $65

Class Dates & Times 

  • Tuesday 5:15 pm to 6:45 pm

Gym Safety

Leotards are required for all one hour or longer classes. Please have hair tied up and remove all jewelry and other items. A cubbie will be provided to participants. No leggings or other slick, leg coverings. Follow coaches directions at all times.
