Kansas Victim Information and Notification Everyday (VINE)
- Kansas VINE is a service through which victims of crime can use the telephone, internet, or mobile app to search for information regarding the custody status of their offender and to register to receive telephone, e-mail, text, or in-app notifications when the offender’s custody status changes. The Kansas VINE toll-free number is (866) 574-8463. This service is provided to assist victims of crime who have a right to know about their offender's custody status.

Programs
Fast Track
- Offered to people who have not had any moving violations in the last year and want to avoid having a moving violation on their driving record.
- There is no application required. You can make this payment at the Garden City Municipal Court office.

Diversion
- Diversion is a program for an opportunity to resolve your case without a conviction and avoid a mandatory jail sentence.
- To apply, you will turn in an application with a $35 application fee. You will need to fill out the diversion application and turn it in in person or call the GCMC office to make arrangements to pay online.
- If you are approved, you will pay a diversion fee of $315 for criminal cases or $115 for traffic cases (excluding DUI violations).
- Based on the charges filed against you, you may be required to perform community service hours, evaluations, classes, and many other requirements that will be explained to you before entering into the program.
